Sales and delivery

The experience ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

When you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly and get help.

All prices on Art&Craft are stated in SEK and include VAT.

Experience Gift Card

Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not observed.

Price and typographical errors

We are not liable for price and/or typographical errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other email communications. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is a significant and/or obvious error.

Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel a weekend experience

With more than 14 days to the experience, you can rebook or cancel by contacting us directly. Weekend Experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require a long preparation time.

With less than 14 days left to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and you cannot therefore get a refund for the workshop. However we reimburse the hotel cost up until 3 days before scheduled arrival.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you will not participate anyway. You will find the contact details in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another party. Refund is only applicable with provided clinical excuse note.

If you choose to cancel a Taster or Workshop experience

With more than 7 days to the experience, you can rebook or cancel by contacting us directly.

With less than 7 days left for the experience, the experience can be rebooked. Please note that if you cancel, 50% of the fee will be forfeited, since classes involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and you cannot therefore get a full refund for the experience.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are the highest priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to hold the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.

Unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in the event of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no other choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the person responsible by phone/SMS and then by email.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel

If the person responsible for the experience chooses to cancel due to too few registrants, errors in planning or similar, the cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, alternative booking dates must be available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount for your experience.

Security

Through our software supplier Understory, we use SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are protected against misuse because you can reject a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. Art&Craft uses SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Requirements upon arrival at the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. When arriving at the experience, you must be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal information

  • We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the experience to you.
  • The personal information is registered with Art&Craft and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When you purchase an experience on Art&Craft, we need the following information:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.

The personal information is registered with Art&Craft and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We must continue to store your name and address for five years according to the EU Accounting Act. As a registered customer of Art&Craft, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at any time.
